LAMB
Brentingby Meadows lamb is usually available from May – February.
Half lamb pack (Approx weight 8 kg) - fits onto a single shelf in an upright freezer.
6 loin chops 3 chump chops
1 rack of lamb (or split into cutlets) 1 kg mince (approx)
2 x half leg joints 2 x half shoulder joints

Quarter lamb pack – cut for quick convenient cooking

BEEF – hung for 3 weeks
Grass fed, traditionally reared Brentingby Meadows Aberdeen Angus cross beef.

Beef freezer pack (Approx weight 10 kg); typical pack contents include:
2 roasting joints (typically rib and topside 1.25-1.75kg in weight each)
2 pot roast joints (brisket / thick rib), 6 x beef burgers
Approx 1.5 kg each of mince and stewing beef, 1 kg braising steak
Approx 700g of steak (fillet, sirloin or rump)
This pack should also fit on a single freezer shelf.

Beef starter pack
A mixed pack, flexible contents, for those wanting a taste, or with a smaller freezer
1 piece topside, 1 pot roast (brisket or thick rib)(approx 1.3 kg)
500g mince, braising and stewing beef, plus one extra pack of stewing or mince.
Approx 500g steaks
Price inclusive of delivery £40

All delivered in insulated packaging to home or office, locally or by overnight courier.

Bespoke packs can also be arranged.
